Industry products have a high requirement for quality as they will be used in challenging industries like Drilling, Refinery, Power and marine etc. for these crucial areas, we provide:

Resident Inspection

  •   It starts when the manufacturer received the purchase order.
  •   Monitoring of manufacturer’s production and inspection/testing activities to ensure that the final product complies in every respect to purchase order.
  •   Results of this inspection will be reported to customer by an report
  •   Inspection will be carried out by an inspector appointed by the purchaser.
  •   Certificate must be in compliance with specifications of purchaser.

Intermediate Inspection

  •   Will be carried out prior to, during or after important production/inspection steps. For example heat treatment, upsetting, threading, gagging, surface preparation, visual/dimension and non-destructive examination of components prior to assembly.
  •   Function and performance tests, visual and dimensional controls after dismantling/disassembling, any kind of destructive testing (mechanical and chemical properties testing).
  •   Inspection on finished product is mandatory.
  •   Results of intermediate inspection are reported by intermediate inspection reports.

Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)

  •   Review the specification line by line while checking the equipment or drawings for compliance with the specification, including any change orders.
  •   Inspect for workmanship
  •   Inspect for problems that can occur during installation or use of the equipment, for example, lifting points and safe access to components for maintenance, etc.
  •   Test of the equipment per the vendor’s approved procedure; these should include functionality testing and regulatory testing. Ad hoc testing may be required to define any major non-conformity revealed by testing.
  •   Note the software and firmware versions in the equipment being tested.

Final Inspection

  •   Final inspection focused on final acceptance inspection.
  •   Final inspection requires the witnessing and evaluating of all physical and chemical test specification.
  •   It includes the visual and dimensional inspection of the manufactured goods.
  •   Marking for shipment, the color coding as well as the packing will be inspected or witnessed, depending on the customer’s requirements (for valves, hydrostatic testing is included in final inspection).
  •   FAT test.
  •   A final inspection report / inspection certificate is issued.

Pre-shipment inspection

  •   Quantity available, the inspection will base on 100% product finished.
  •   Dimension, Style & color, against the spec.
  •   Workmanship (general appearance)
  •   Functions & safety
  •   Size specification, if required
  •   Package details
  •   Shipping mark

Expediting Services

The Expediting Service shall be in accordance with the contract documents. The schedule as stated on the Purchase Order shall be strictly followed, unless any deviations are agreed upon by customer in writing. Expediting Service may be carried out for the complete Purchase Order or only for a part of a Purchase Order.
